Ready to explore? Let’s step out of the day-to-day and shake things up together—supported by a vibrant, encouraging group of WISE and powerful women. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to uplift and inspire you in unique ways, as we grow WILD with and alongside one another.
Grow Mindfully
We’ll explore various forms of mindful movement designed to calm the nervous system and slow the pace of both mind and body. Practices may include guided meditation, sound baths, breathwork, walks in nature, and a variety of gentle yoga styles—all centered on cultivating presence, ease, and inner stillness.
Grow Creatively
Tap into your creativity and immerse yourself in the rich, colorful world of artistic expression. We’ll journey through diverse art forms—from inspiring museum visits and vibrant gallery exhibits to hands-on painting classes and the delicate beauty of floral design. Let each experience awaken your senses and ignite your imagination.
Grow Playfully
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, let’s move together and dive into exhilarating activities like tennis, pickleball, 5Ks, sailing, dance classes, and so much more. Come for the fun, stay for the movement, connection, and joy.

Listen
Tune out the noise and tune in to YOU. This experience is all about learning and growing together through honest connection and active listening. Each gathering will center around a theme or topic that we’ll explore through conversation, reflection, and gentle experimentation. All you need to do is show up, be present, and stay open.

For this experience we’ll go for a simple hike along the Tennessee Valley Trail - to and from the beach (3.5 miles). On our journey we’ll get to know one another and enjoy all the natural beauty. After the hike we’ll enjoy a nibble at the Mill Valley Lumberyard. Hike is 2 hours. Afternoon bite is 60-90 minutes (optional). Walk, Talk and be Grateful!

Join us for a Rhythm & Motion: Fusion Essentials dance workout! All students of all levels and abilities are welcome. The class features a broad range of movement styles with choreography inspired by popular music from around the globe. The experience is low-pressure, joyful, full-bodied and sweaty. Class is 1 hour & 15 minutes. After class bite is 60-90 minutes (optional). Price is $12 for first-time ODC students/ $22 for returning students. Get your dance party on!

This class blends the grounding benefits of yoga with the lighthearted energy of playful puppies. Guided through gentle, beginner-friendly movements, you’ll stretch, breathe, and release stress—while curious pups roam freely, bringing unexpected smiles and sweet interruptions to your practice. Think of it as mindfulness with a wagging tail: a chance to reconnect with your body, boost your mood, and share laughter in community. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, this unique wellness experience is designed to leave you feeling lighter, happier, and a little more playful yourself. Class includes 45-min yoga w/ puppies, 30-min chill time with puppies, wellness drink cart and yoga mat.
